For 2020, the Lexus GX460 receives a very mild makeover that includes changes to the grille, headlights, and back door, as well as steering-wheel, shift knob, and instrument cluster. The GX460 also benefits from two additional rear USB ports and more safety equipment courtesy of the Lexus Safety System+ that includes forward collision mitigation with pedestrian detection. The Blind spot monitor with rear-cross traffic alert that was a no-cost option last year is now installed by default.
