The four-seat Infiniti G Coupe has been a winner from its beginning, and the second-generation G37 builds on the car's strengths. The re-sculptured styling loses some of its classic appeal, but it does look more contemporary. The legendary V6 is more powerful than ever, at 330 horsepower. The five-speed manual automatic transmission (with optional paddle shifters) deserves to win awards, like the engine has. The ride, even with the firmer Sport suspension, never jolts. The brakes are big and Sport brakes bigger. The electronic stability control is invisible as it keeps the car on the road. The navigation system is easy to use and offers detailed information about traffic conditions. The sound and climate control systems are blissfully simple to operate. Overall, the Infiniti G37 is a whale of a value.
For 2008, the G35x is available with the Sport Package. The G35x Sport does not get the larger brakes of the other Sport models, though, and has to be content with all-season tires. A new 18-inch wheel-and-tire package is available, and an iPod interface is now part of the Premium Package.
The 2008 Infiniti G37 Coupe Coupe is powered by a 3.7-liter V6 with 330 hp. Standard features include 2 12V power outlets, 2 door curb lights, 2 doors, 4-way power front passenger bucket seat, 8-way part-power driver bucket seat... MORE FEATURES
