The handsome Mazda Mazda6 comes powered by a pair of four- and six-cylinder engines and is sportier than its competition, both in appearance and in its handling and driving dynamics.
The Mazda Mazda6 is completely redesigned for 2009. Featuring a stronger optional 3.7-liter V6 engine, the new Mazda Mazda6 is bigger and more refined.
Only one bodystyle, the sedan, is available. The hatchback bodystyle has been discontinued for 2009.

The 2009 Mazda Mazda6 Sedan is powered by a base 2.5-liter Inline-4 with 170 hp. Also available is a 3.7-liter V6 with 272 hp.
