All-new for 2002, the resurrection of the legendary Mini Cooper is available in standard Cooper, powered by a normally aspirated 1.6l 4-cyl., and better equipped Cooper S, powered by a 1.6l supercharged four, styles. Although tight on interior space, the Mini Cooper charms its occupants with its excellent handling and built quality.
The 2002 Mini Cooper Coupe is powered by a base 1.6-liter Inline-4 with 115 hp. Also available is a 1.6-liter Inline-4 supercharged with 163 hp.
