The Porsche Cayenne is the steamhammer among SUVs. Its optional turbocharged engine has consistently been the strongest in its class. The Cayenne also excels in handling.
For 2005, the Porsche Cayenne lineup is expanded by a V6-powered entry model. Powered by a VW-sourced 3.2L 6-cylinder engine, the entry-level model is the only Cayenne available with a 6-speed manual transmission.
New standard features include a built-in Homelink transmitter.

The 2005 Porsche Cayenne SUV is powered by a base 3.2-liter V6 with 247 hp. Other available engines include a 4.5-liter V8 with 340 hp and a 4.5-liter V8 turbocharged with 450 hp.
